every ethinicity have beautiful people either its south india, indi or other world. People who say indians or south indians r not good looking were pure judgemental and racist. Man skin color doesn't represent beauty I Used to get sort of bullied since i live in France and ( people are very very short ) and am tall like am normal for my age you see but they are so little anyways they used to call me girafe but in a nice way you see i dont know why am saying that nice guy, just needs confidence. if he walks past a girl, and is too 'proper' to look at her because there's 'no reason' to do so, then that is a problem for him. Men have to deal with the burden of rejection because woman expect to be approached. Yes sometimes a girl can ask a guy out, but it's almost always done the other way around, and i might assume that this goes 10 fold in a primitive/traditional country like India. good luck to the lad.
