I think she was so beautiful before but if she's happy then that's her choice. I love the last statement she made to do whatever you want in life with passion and without giving up and being yourself. If she feels like she is herself through plastic surgery then no judgement. She was beautiful before and beautiful now. People need to stop criticizing so much. This is why the world is going down hill because they can't accept what makes a person happy. Not everybody is going to live by your own little strict standards in life. If she wants to nearly kill herself removing ribs so be it. Shes happy and if shes impressioning on other people thats their fault not hers. Shes being herself and shes happy.
